One time,fast professional service

Everyone at Armen went above and beyond!

The sales team is friendly and funny. I got exactly what I asked for and I’m in love with my new Treverse LT.

Great service all around

I have been a loyal Armen customer for decades, and this was the first truly bad experience I've had with their service department. I made the service appointment online on March 4, 2025. In filling out the online form, I described the service need for my 2-month old BlazerEV as an intermittent warning to check my right rear turn signal. I brought the car to the service center the evening before the appointment and again noted on the key fob envelope that I was receiving intermittent warnings to check the right rear turn signal. The morning of the service appointment, I received no confirmation from a service manager that they had the car or when I could expect further information. By 11:45, needing some idea of what was going on, I called and was placed in the service rep's voicemail. Two hours later, not having received a response, I called again. I was told he was on another call and agreed to wait on hold. After a half-hour on hold, I hung up and called again; this time asking to speak to anybody but Matt. This time, I was informed that the car had just gone into a technician's for assessment. I was finally able to pick up my car at 3:30. The reason I am so disappointed with this service visit is that on January 21, 2025, Chevy issued Document ID: 6819470 titled "PIT6322: Turn Signal Flashes Fast or is Inoperative Intermittently," which says that the company is aware of the problem with the 2024 BlazerEV, and it is working on a fix. From the time I requested the appointment (3/4) to when I dropped off the car (3/11) to the morning of the appointment (3/12), the service department had ACTUAL knowledge that there was no current fix for the problem. My description of the problem each time was exactly as described in the service notice. The service department was lax not only in looking at the paperwork & recognizing the problem as one already addressed in the service notice, but also in never bothering to contact me or respond to my inquiries.

The service was great however next day the TPMS fault dashboard light came on and they put on 2 new tires, rotated and balanced them. They were so tasked with fixing the AC and the unit doesn’t blow cold

It was great! Steve helped me through the whole process and eased my nerves about the buying process.

First the constructive critism, not meant to be negative. A slight hiccup in getting scheduled for the installation of a part a few days after initial work was done. I was told when the part arrived I'd get a call and we'd schedule the maintenance. I got an email which stated part arrived and to call to schedule a pick up. A bit confusing but I called to schedule installation of the part. For some reason, the gentleman I spoke to didn't schedule me but told me someone would call me back. I waited 4 or 5 hours and called back and explained what was going on and immediately got an appointment. My car was being seen for several things which required a few hours. An update or two concerning progess would have been nice. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming. Chip was very patient while I downloaded and emailed him the proper Registration and Insurance information as I messed up and didn't have the correct papers with me. All in all, satisfied and excellent team.

Chip and the Team clearly communicated and set the expectation of time and price. The mechanic who worked on my car was friendly and accommodating as I (safely) returned to the car for forgotten items. The trunk needed to be cleared for a part of the service. My belongings were handled with care. An electrical concern unrelated to the primary reason for my visit was addressed and corrected. Top tier crew here who work well together and seem to enjoy each other and what they do.

Came in with a last minute flat. While they didn't have a replacement tire in stock, they gave me a loaner until they were able to fix it. Also communication was great. I was kept abreast of what was going on and when to expect the car, despite some intermediate shipping delays.

It was a big job but communication was excellent and the work was done well at the quoted estimate.

I brought my Bolt EUV in for inspection. It was my first time dealing with Armen Cheverlot, and everything was easy and upfront. I was able to get an appointment when I needed it, I was greeted warmly, my car was inspected quickly, and I was good to go. I will return for service when I need it.

Chip is always courteous and helpful. It's important to be able to trust the people you bring your car too so you are not ripped off. This is one reason I keep buying GM cars, because I can trust Armen's repair shop to not try to rip me off.

The body shop provided exceptional service. I damaged the front bumper on my wife's Suburban. Not sure what to do, I drove directly to Armen without an appointment. Tim Yourl, the body shop manager had a tech reattach the bumper so I could drive the car. The parts were in the next day and Armen repaired the car immediately, at much less than I was expecting to spend. I highly recommend Armen Chevrolet of Ardmore for all body shop repairs.

I went there for an oil change at 7:30 am and was back on the road at 8:15. The guy at the Service desk was great and the Lady at check out was amazing !!! I will be back again for all my service needs !

My entire Service Department experience was excellent, from my appointment scheduling, to the Check in/Check out desk staff, to the Service gentlemen, to the payment window Clerk. Even when I phoned to check on my appointment, and then when I phoned on the day of my appointment to get the exact location address the staff at Armen was very pleasant, patient and efficient. I also greatly appreciate the way the Service Department values my time; my actual service wait-time was about an hour.

squeezed us in at the last minute, saved the day as we were heading out on vacation. Outstanding service with a very pleasant staff!!

We set up an appointment for 2:30 on Thursday in response to a call and a mailing from your dealership saying that we were due for wheel balancing and a brake checkup, but we had a flat tire on Tuesday so we brought the car in early to take care of that problem. Your technicians did not have time Tuesday to take care of the brakes or to fix our radio. We brought the car home so we could shop for food and do other errands. We brought the car back at 2 PM on Thursday to make sure that the technicians could begin work at 2:30 PM. I called back at the end of the day and they had not worked on the car so I agreed to leave it at the dealership so it could be fixed on Friday. I did not get a call back from the dealership so I called at 5:15 PM. There were no notes in your system, so we assumed that they hadn't done anything more on the car; Anthony had gone home by that time so I was not able to get a courtesy ride into the shop either. The customer service rep on duty was one who I had talked to earlier in the week. She told me that if I could call back at 9:00 AM they would try to arrange for someone to pick me up. She also said that he assumed that the reason they had not gotten to my car is that you employ only two technicians to work on electric vehicles. One was on vacation this week and the other had already left for the day. I called at 9:00 on Saturday and there was yet another customer service rep on duty. She hold me that there were no electric vehicle technicians on duty on Saturday and there was no way that she could send someone the two or three miles to pick me up. I knew that she was not going to be helpful to me so I rented an Uber who took my wife and me to the dealership so we could have the car for our weekend activities. When I got the car back there was no squeaking in the brakes, so all I need from the dealership is for a technician to figure why the sound went out in the radio. I don't want the car to be sitting idle around the dealership again this next week. I probably will call the dealership and hopefully will be able to talk to one of the customer service reps I have dealt with in the past. I am going to ask if you have your EV technicians working on Monday and if that is the case, I will ask for a time I can bring the car in and wait for it to be serviced. If Monday doesn't work out, I will ask for a service time the following week or alternatively take it to one of the three other Chevy dealers in this area.

My Saleman was very nice.

The drop off process and customer service was stellar. However, I brought my car in because the engine light was on. Diagnostic revealed that there was a problem with the auxiliary battery. Paid, picked car up, all was well. The next day the engine light was back on. I have an appointment to bring the car back on Monday, August 25th.

Inspection overdue....got us in......needed a highlight....they had it and got the car done that day.

For a simple warranty replacement of a failed tire pressure sensor, it took more than 6 hours for the staff at the repair location to get warranty approval from whoever it is that GM contracts that out too. I had to call several times to remind them to get this approval. I feel sorry for the repair location managers, as this is beyond their capacity to address, as it is due to poor vendor performance for approving repairs. It should not be that difficult to get repair approval under a GM warranty.

The staff assisting were kind and helpful. I am reserving judgment about the quality of the work because I only just picked up my vehicle yesterday, so I need more time to assess. Please consider a discount for veterans; $5200 worth of work is expensive.

My Camaro had a recall for the software that required a software update. I scheduled my appointment at 8am thinking I would be first in line and that a software update was a relatively quick process. I live 2 miles away and had to leave for another appointment at 930, which I assumed was plenty of time to complete the software update. However, the service andvisor explained to me that they could not start on my car because he was waiting for technicians to come in, and that he wasn’t sure it would be done by 930am. So I had to take the shuttle home and come back later in the day to pick up my car. It is super frustrating to schedule an appointment and find out that there are no available technicians to complete the work. Time is money, and time was wasted here. The perception is that this service department is not run well. I don’t feel comfortable bringing my car to Armen.

Everything was great. I will definitely be bringing my 2015 Buick Lacrosse back for more services in the future. The service advisor Jason was great and really helpful. Julian Baryogar the mechanic is a trusted mechanic and I feel as though my car is safe in his hands. Thank you for taking car of my car repairs.

I always feel like my car is always handled with skill and care. The staff is very professional and easy to work with.

The service crew is great but the one process that needs to be fixed is tires. With other tire sellers, one call gets you set up. Here, service transfers you to parts and this has resulted in disconnects - literally - calls dropped after a conversation starts. My suggestion is to have service interact with parts to get answers and then return to the customer or stay on a 3-way call.

Listen! Armen Ardmore has a great group of people working there. I received impeccable and straight-forward service from Hassan Elghawy, Rich Isadore, and my 'go-the-extra-mile' sales consultant Ed Mongeluzzo. There was no gamesmanship and half-truths, just people who wanted to get me into the new car that I most wanted to buy. Ed Mongelluzzo worked so hard to get the color vehicle I wanted from out of state down to PA. Ed is a fantastic human and car guy. Wonderful experience all around! I haven't been able to say that about past experiences with other non-Chevy dealerships. I hope to keep buying future cars @ Armen.

The service was excellent, as usual. Kudos to Beth who saved me a good deal of money by delaying the service until the date when my inspection credits low mileage. Also, Beth was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Check engine light had been on but was off when we took car to be serviced. They checked it out and on our permission a tech drove it home and back for 20 miles to make sure the light didn't come back on. The light didn't come back on. The dealer didn't charge anything for their time.

Service was excellent but amount of time to perform said Service was too long .9:00 a.m. appointment for oil change and tire rotation was completed ar 11:00 a.m.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT EXCEPT FOR COMMUNICATION

Went for inspection. It went smoothly, needed all wiper blades and brake fluid replaced. It was a little pricey but I found the car ran better after it was done. It's nice to feel that it was thoroughly checked and I could trust the outcome.

I had a 7:30am appointment for an oil change. I was the second customer to check in. My car sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half before a technician even looked at it. Two other customers who arrived after me were finished and gone… one of them even said she had an oil change too and didn’t understand why I was still waiting. My service wasn’t done until around 9:30. I’ve never waited two hours for an oil change. This was unacceptable on so many levels.
