Service was friendly, prompt, and professionally completed.

We set up an appointment for 2:30 on Thursday in response to a call and a mailing from your dealership saying that we were due for wheel balancing and a brake checkup, but we had a flat tire on Tuesday so we brought the car in early to take care of that problem. Your technicians did not have time Tuesday to take care of the brakes or to fix our radio. We brought the car home so we could shop for food and do other errands. We brought the car back at 2 PM on Thursday to make sure that the technicians could begin work at 2:30 PM. I called back at the end of the day and they had not worked on the car so I agreed to leave it at the dealership so it could be fixed on Friday. I did not get a call back from the dealership so I called at 5:15 PM. There were no notes in your system, so we assumed that they hadn't done anything more on the car; Anthony had gone home by that time so I was not able to get a courtesy ride into the shop either. The customer service rep on duty was one who I had talked to earlier in the week. She told me that if I could call back at 9:00 AM they would try to arrange for someone to pick me up. She also said that he assumed that the reason they had not gotten to my car is that you employ only two technicians to work on electric vehicles. One was on vacation this week and the other had already left for the day. I called at 9:00 on Saturday and there was yet another customer service rep on duty. She hold me that there were no electric vehicle technicians on duty on Saturday and there was no way that she could send someone the two or three miles to pick me up. I knew that she was not going to be helpful to me so I rented an Uber who took my wife and me to the dealership so we could have the car for our weekend activities. When I got the car back there was no squeaking in the brakes, so all I need from the dealership is for a technician to figure why the sound went out in the radio. I don't want the car to be sitting idle around the dealership again this next week. I probably will call the dealership and hopefully will be able to talk to one of the customer service reps I have dealt with in the past. I am going to ask if you have your EV technicians working on Monday and if that is the case, I will ask for a time I can bring the car in and wait for it to be serviced. If Monday doesn't work out, I will ask for a service time the following week or alternatively take it to one of the three other Chevy dealers in this area.

My entire Service Department experience was excellent, from my appointment scheduling, to the Check in/Check out desk staff, to the Service gentlemen, to the payment window Clerk. Even when I phoned to check on my appointment, and then when I phoned on the day of my appointment to get the exact location address the staff at Armen was very pleasant, patient and efficient. I also greatly appreciate the way the Service Department values my time; my actual service wait-time was about an hour.

For a simple warranty replacement of a failed tire pressure sensor, it took more than 6 hours for the staff at the repair location to get warranty approval from whoever it is that GM contracts that out too. I had to call several times to remind them to get this approval. I feel sorry for the repair location managers, as this is beyond their capacity to address, as it is due to poor vendor performance for approving repairs. It should not be that difficult to get repair approval under a GM warranty.

My Camaro had a recall for the software that required a software update. I scheduled my appointment at 8am thinking I would be first in line and that a software update was a relatively quick process. I live 2 miles away and had to leave for another appointment at 930, which I assumed was plenty of time to complete the software update. However, the service andvisor explained to me that they could not start on my car because he was waiting for technicians to come in, and that he wasn’t sure it would be done by 930am. So I had to take the shuttle home and come back later in the day to pick up my car. It is super frustrating to schedule an appointment and find out that there are no available technicians to complete the work. Time is money, and time was wasted here. The perception is that this service department is not run well. I don’t feel comfortable bringing my car to Armen.

I had a 7:30am appointment for an oil change. I was the second customer to check in. My car sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half before a technician even looked at it. Two other customers who arrived after me were finished and gone… one of them even said she had an oil change too and didn’t understand why I was still waiting. My service wasn’t done until around 9:30. I’ve never waited two hours for an oil change. This was unacceptable on so many levels.

The drop off process and customer service was stellar. However, I brought my car in because the engine light was on. Diagnostic revealed that there was a problem with the auxiliary battery. Paid, picked car up, all was well. The next day the engine light was back on. I have an appointment to bring the car back on Monday, August 25th.

The service crew is great but the one process that needs to be fixed is tires. With other tire sellers, one call gets you set up. Here, service transfers you to parts and this has resulted in disconnects - literally - calls dropped after a conversation starts. My suggestion is to have service interact with parts to get answers and then return to the customer or stay on a 3-way call.

Check engine light had been on but was off when we took car to be serviced. They checked it out and on our permission a tech drove it home and back for 20 miles to make sure the light didn't come back on. The light didn't come back on. The dealer didn't charge anything for their time.

I received impeccable and straight-forward service from Hassan Elghawy, Rich Isadore, and my 'go-the-extra-mile' sales consultant Ed Mongeluzzo. There was no gamesmanship and half-truths, just people who wanted to get me into the new car that I most wanted to buy. Went for inspection. It went smoothly, needed all wiper blades and brake fluid replaced. It was a little pricey but I found the car ran better after it was done. It's nice to feel that it was thoroughly checked and I could trust the outcome.

Over charged for an inspection. Charged a diagnostic fee and was given no diagnosis. Was told they wouldn’t look at the warranty issue because of a collision that occurred 4 months ago. Had to take it back to the repair shop that is GM certified where they fixed the sensors with a software update.

I brought my car in for a service bulletin software update. I knew in advance that it would take a few hours. I told the service manager that it wasn't critical to have the car back that same day and they could keep it overnight. Everything was fine, but I did not get sufficient status reports. Apparently, they did not get to the car on day 1. That's fine but I should have had communication to that effect (text, phone or email). They did the work on day 2, but I was very much in the dark about status and had to call multiple times. The delays didn't bother me, but the lack of information did.

Quick diagnosis, kind staff. I cannot speak to longevity of work completed yet but overall positive experience. I will return.

I had a great experience during the buying experience with Ed. However, when I came back the next day to pick up my car, I noticed it was not detailed. The floor mats and cup holders were dirty w/residue in them. I expressed to Ed how disappointed I was that the car was not detailed prior to me picking it up, and he told me there was an issue w/the detailing company they use. He did tell me I could bring it back for a free detail when my first service appointed is needed, but in my opinion that is flat out unacceptable. Knowing the investment that buying a new car for roughly $50K is, to not be excited when you are driving it off the lot, and leaving with out the "new car" feeling, is very very disappointing. I can assure it left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I will never return to Armen Chevrolet. To be clear, I am not blaming Ed at all and I had a great experience with him...I put the blame on whoever runs the dealership for allowing me to even leave the lot w/the car not pristine.

The customer service representative communicated clearly to the technician my concerns about my car and when he got back to me after the technician examined my car he explained why the technician thinks I had the issue I had and the issue was resolved completely.

The major issue I came for - no back up camera - was not fixed. But no one told me. I spoke with a few folks while picking the vehicle up - drove away and almost immediately saw the back up camera was out. So I went back and told the cashier. She looked at the paperwork and said they’d have to order a part. And they’ll let me know when it comes in. It felt very “don’t call us; we’ll call you”, leaving me unconfident that I’m going to be contacted by anyone or have the camera available again, without trying another dealership.

I brought my vehicle to Armen Chevy for a routine oil change and asked them to inspect my rear windshield wiper, as it appeared bent and was not functioning properly. After paying for the wiper to be replaced, I initially believed everything was fine when I picked up my car. However, once I returned home and looked at the rear window, I noticed a large amount of windshield washer fluid splashed all over the back of the vehicle. I would have expected the mechanic to clean the rear of the car after replacing the wiper and testing it. I am very disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and the lack of attention to detail. The excessive washer fluid should have been noticed and cleaned before the vehicle was returned to me.

Paid for work to be done. The breaks are making all kinds of noise. Took the car back and they said I was not driving it enough. The breaks should not be making all of that noise. When we purchase another car, it will not be purchased at Armen. There will be no more work done at Armen. We had other work done and they said the same thing we are not driving the car enough. That is what I call _ _. Armen use to do good work. Now they are half _ _ _ doing any work.

2 weeks ago l brought my car to have it serviced for the air conditioner to be serviced for blowing out hot air. I was charged $545.00. A week in a half later, hot air starting blowing out again. Yesterday hot air staring blowing out again. This time your service department stated l had to pay an additional 845.00 to fix the same problem. I told them to give me my car and l left your shop. . I will nolonger deal with your service department again.

I've been dealing with Armen for 14 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. This time however was much different. I brought my car in for inspection and was told in order to pass 4 new tires were needed as the current ones had dry rot. I questioned this as the car although used everyday has only 33,00 miles on it. When I asked for an explanation was given a vague response. Then after spending $1,000 on new tires, I was told no warranty was available on them.If that was known I would have purchased tires elsewhere and at least secured a warranty. I feel as I've been taken. I'm a 14 year loyal customer and you've lost my trust. You may have made some money on this,but at the cost of losing a long time customer.

It is usually a good experience. They were supposed to order a part for my car. A week later I called to follow up on it, and the parts department couldn't find an order for the part.

Your service technician could not determine the issue with the Tire Monitors not working and the Service Advisor came back after two days and said they believe there is an electrical issue but not sure. I told him if they could not resolve the issue just put the sensors back on the car and not perform more work. I have been asking for a meeting with the Service Manager to review this latest work appointment ( left now two voice messages ) but still have not talked with Mr. Browney.

My service advisor is compassionate and helpful in all ways. Explains everything in detail and asks if I understand or have questions. He is a blessing compared to Beth, a service advisor I dealt with previously. The whole service is great to work with.

They were all so pleasant and kind and they all seemed so happy. It was refreshing

My experience was almost efficient. No real complaints, except I had to get a call after I got my inspection done, and my stickers put on, but the they forgot to register those stickers and I had to come back later. It wasn't really a hassle, and everyone makes mistakes. No harm, no foul!

I believe cause I'm a woman they had me waiting 4 hours for a check engine light check. And as I tried to ask what was taking so long. I was told it takes awhile. Well at 50 years old it's not my 1st time getting my CEL checked and it's never took 4 hours. Not to mention the sign in the office say 1hour.
