Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me many options. I had previously gone to another dealer Thomas Chevrolet, who after a week, couldn't find me the car and color I wanted. From the time I logged into the Armen Chevy website, I had three people call me within 24hrs. Joe replied to my emails with 30 minutes each time and found me 4 cars to choose from. Thomas' suggestions were to buy what they had on the lot, order one or find one myself. Comparing the two dealers the choice was obvious who to buy from. I also got a better deal for my trade in and saved over $1000.00 all told. I would recommend Armen to anyone who is looking for a new Chevy. I will of course send them to Joe. I'm completely satisfied and I know that the folks at Armen are not rip-off artists since when I went on 10/11/10, I had an alert from OnStar that I needed service, but they determined it was a false alarm, and didn't try to sell me extra unnecessary services. They even checked the air pressure in my tires! I'm very happy with the service there. It's an honest operation. Friendly service, too!
